Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders processed after 3:00 p.m. EST ship the next day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning.

Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service or UPS.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we have initiated the following return policies.

Defective items can be returned to the Backwoods Store for exchange. Defective items should be shipped to:

A replacement will be shipped as soon as the defective item is received. Please be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number with the return so we can process it quickly. Feel free to contact us.

DVDs can be returned within 30-days of shipping for a refund. Returned items are subject to a $2.00 re-stock fee. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the return for refunds.
